Made it to Yucca. Snow is already starting to melt. Smooth sailing. Passed a few Jeeps on the way down. I’m sure they were stoked. :turtleride::burnrubber:

It’s a fun place, can take easy trails or do some of the most difficult trails in San Diego. If you ran dishpan you’d probably like sidewinder, some trails there will offer panel damage opportunities

I haven’t ran Dishpan but from what I’ve heard, it’s more along the lines of Bronco Peak difficulty. Especially if they ran it in the snow.

Isham Canyon. There's a well known obstacle there called door dinger. It does more then ding if you slip off the high side line. lol

I ran bronco years ago in my xj and want to run it in the taco but no one has been down.

Its almost guranteed to get body damage though. But my driver rear door is already crushed so if that’s the door i hit i won’t be to mad

I’m down whenever y’all wanna go!

Hahahaha. I didn't see the broken window until I opened this post up on my comp this morning. My phone screen was too small. :itllbuffout:

@Prayn4surf @YumaTRD and I successfully ran Bronco years ago with minimal body damage. How I still wonder to this day.

My truck has come a long way since then but I still tremble whenever the idea to run it again is brought up. Almost too high of risk to enjoy unless you're okay with wrecking your cab.

You saying you wanna run bronco peak again hahah. I know why @BlessdApparel1 is having a hard time finding takers. It was an awesome run and fun, but my balls aren’t as big as @theesotericone … Glass rock is pretty big haha I might just leave that trail as accomplished. I’m game to go hit any other trail there.

Bronco peak is a fun trail !! , I've done that trail many times in my old Jeep rock crawler

This is my favorite pic of me showing off at Corral Canyon . I walked right up that hill just above idle speed

Almost but not quite lol. I’m still waiting for my brute force fabrication high clearance rear bumper to get finished.

I’m gonna run it again, it’s just when.

I’m trying to get the truck prepped for a Moab trip in may. After that trip I’ll be ready.
@desertjunkie760 we should get a calico trip in too!

I’m gonna set up another run soon for my company and I’ll throw y’all an invite and we can wheel.

i try to keep runs like no more than 8-10 rigs if everyone knows what they are doing otherwise it takes forever

Sounds great to me! Keep us posted. I'm coming up on some much needed maintenance and prep (hopefully I can knock it out in April/May) and I should be good for awhile.

Sadly it's not the last window I busted out but it was the first. Just as I was exiting that section the rig wheel lifted and rolled hard passenger. Then it stabilized for a millisecond. Cool, I thought. Two milliseconds later it rolled another inch and I heard the very distinct sound of safety glass shattering. lol

I gotta be honest man. Sometimes I have that inner talk with myself and wonder if my balls are that big or if it's really my IQ is that low. lol
