This would easily be $550K or more in my neck of the woods, and over $600K in Doylestown Borough!

 

Clearly brand new home that doesn't even have the driveway poured yet...

 

This was the only vacant homesite in this neighborhood that seemed to be actively under construction; I admire them for working on a Sunday!

 

i said for that particular house. Ones that are attached to one another with no privacy, I’d pass on. Get a smoker and they’ll burn the whole place down, and stuck paying HOA fees. I’d certainly pay 300k for a house like that up in centralia.

 

This is actually just outside the next town over from Centralia...

There is a 55+ "Active Adult" community being built by Toll Brothers not far from me; The homes look like this one, some of them don't even have basements, and they're starting at like $700K!

The original "Graffiti Highway" was closed back in the spring of 2020, because people saw visiting Centralia as the perfect social distancing activity, and visited the highway by the hundreds; In an effort to force people to social distance, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania dumped large piles of dirt. In response, visitors to the ghost town created a "Graffiti Street"; Not as grand as the original, but still pretty cool in my opinion!

 

Hard to believe that my truck currently has about $3,000 in damage on the passenger side!

 

You would never believe that there were once homes and businesses here, were it not for the presence of things like sidewalks and sewer grates!

 

Pretty sure this is a promotional sticker for a band...
