    When you are applying torque, bump the fitting (toward the axle) with a hammer or chunk or brass/copper. Sometimes the shock load will allow it to move.

    1” x 2” retangular aluminum tubing
    1” x 2” rectangular plastic hole plugs
    1.38” ball knob 5/16-18
    5/16-18 stainless threaded rod & lock nuts
    5/16” rubber screw thread protectors

    Bought some of the materials through Amazon and some at the hardware store. I re-used the clamp hardware from my old tonneau cover to mount it to the bed utility track.

    Bought the TRD knob on ebay for something like 60 bucks shipped. Don't recall. But it was something I really wanted. Was not thrilled about how the stock knob felt so tiny... plus, between the Skewp, TRD skid, and now the TRD knob, I'm pretty sure I'm over 300hps. :rofl:
