UCA poll

wanting to buy UCA's. Mostly daily driver with 3" lift. What are your experiences or preferences?

 

Search there is thread identical to this one. Light racing is the best IMO

 

I vote LR. They're maintenance free and very adjustable. Perfect for a DD truck, and what i personally run.

 

Years of tacoma world.. you ask why-search; maintenance free, allow proper articulation and alignment and cheaper than most others

 

Camburg 1.25 Uniball....

 

I decided to go with TC UCAs because I heard they are more durable if you decide to run them hard. Here is one waiting to be put on (with many other things) :

 

I'd say camburg, I think solo motorsport is having a sale on their uca

 

I have the camburg on my 04 and from the time i put them on they make noise when i turn. Ive emailed them alot and called them and all they tell me is to lube it which i do and it doesnt help. So if i were to do it again i would get the TC just for maybe better customer service.

 

What are you using as a lube? Don't use wd40 or petroleum based lube use Teflon. Look for triflow Teflon lube

 

Light Racing for me. Corrected my alignment issues and didn't break the bank!

 

This thread will just turn into a what do you have poll. The Uniball one's are all fairly similar.

 

Fixed that for you.

 

For a daily driver I would not want to worry about a uni ball squeaking.
