What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

I.... I can't find that bumper anywhere

 

On a similar note, my fuse box cover is damn near impossible to snap back on correctly so it doesn't jiggle. Doesn't look like I broke any of the tabs either.

 

What’s funny is I intentionally cut off the two tabs on the forward facing side to make it easier to take on and off. Still pretty stable on there!

 

Stick a little bit of weatherstripping on the inside of it, it will snug right up.

 

I have not calibrated mine yet, but whenever I start up the truck I get a P0500 error code. This means a speed sensor error. I'll get two or three of them right away, then it clears up until the next time I start the truck.

Do you think this will clear up after I get it calibrated?

 

Needs a cleaning.

 

Got some paint on the tube doors, now get to take them off and wait 3 months for sun....

I vote yea it does.

 

I'm not sure, I haven't had anything like that. Its throwing an error on the Ultragauge or a check engine light? I would calibrate it and then see if it comes up again. You might need new wheel speed sensors.

Did a little back yard paint job.

 

Grip tape on the sliders is just great. Super secure feeling stepping on it to access the roof. Although most passengers aren't used to my sliders so their leg gets dragged on the grip tape getting in, hehe.
Did you notice any filth on the MAF? I cleaned mines recently since I had started to notice some power loss and saw a layer of brown on mines. Cleaned it and power restored.

 

Looks good man! Did you go with factory color or a color that closely matched?

 

Ya I read about legs dragging on the tape so I tested getting in and out a bunch of times and tried to strategically place it where the leg cant drag, we will see if it works.

MAF and TB were dirty, but nothing nasty. This isnt my DD so I'll need to wait and see if I notice any gains!

 

Yeah that's new to me. I would try to program it then if that doesn't work maybe a factory reset on it. If it still shows maybe send them an Email. Have you posted in the ultragauge page? maybe someone else has had this happen

 

What headlights did you get?

 

Is that a Rigid Adapt up top?

 

Looks like the Badland winch fit well. Did you have to relocate the solenoid pack?
