Shop Time w/T.W. Friends

Yeah, we both tossed and turned and woke each other up so we started sleeping in separate rooms . She requires more sleep and is not very mobile. Oh, the rooms are on different floors too. I have a baby monitor so I can listen out for her.

 

Here’s lunch for the day, both out of date

 

Before I retired, by the end of the week I would be pretty gimpy.

I was creaking into Lowe's after work one night and a gentleman coming out informed me that there was "a good handicapped scooter right inside the door".

Well, my first thought was "I'm not handicapped" -- and right on the heels of that was "damn, do I look that bad..?"

Looking back -- yeah, I did.

 

i can only say Your Boss is lucky to have you as an Employee for the skills you have and that you show up.

Please don`t push yourself to far your health and family are not worth it.

Been there it was for sure not worth it the sad part it was only in the last few years I learned that lesson.

 

The entire month of January my shoulders would feel like they were getting hit with an electric cattle prod -- only after I was in bed for a while, not a bit of pain the rest of the day. I'm very thankful that seems to have calmed down.

Just dont let your pride allow you to hurt yourself more by falling...

 

I think about this most likely far to much.

Got my Shop to the point I was pretty happy everything i pretty much wanted everything paid for .Taxes ,Insurance and monthly bills

Now doing the simple things is a real challenge but the hardest and worse part is having to pay people to do things I know how to do.

 

My hands go numb when I'm asleep if I tuck them up under the pillow, doctor said it's probably because the ulnar nerve is getting pinched.


The last 3 nights I've woke up at 3:00am burning up, I'm blaming it on the antibiotics. I finally start getting back to sleep about the time the alarm clock goes off.

 

I have one user that didn't want to replace his computer the last time new ones came in. I'm not giving him a choice this time.

His computer is the oldest on my list, purchased May, 2014...

 

"Best by" date, not "You'll die if you don't eat it by" date.

 

The falling is the easy part it is getting up that is very interesting .

I really need to stop going out side and taking naps on the ground in the winter .

I have no idea Why I did not freeze Solid.

 

Only because it snowed here this morning and because you may not have one to get a close up look at! HAHAHA!

Ive fell several times since my cancer treatments. I don't bounce right back up like I used to.

 

Can`t like but I can relate Hang in there do the best you can!!

 

Just for those who don't know.. that's an 8 foot blade that extends to 10 feet! Hydraulics raise, lower, swing and extend the blade. Might be overkill for an RC Truck, but the cool factor is off the charts.
