Shit I found on CL or EBAY that I could screw on.
I got this Warn no-cut bumper winch mount. I got it second-hand-ish and pretty soon after installing, I noticed some slight bubbling in this area. I installed it late November 2020.
Well, it's gotten progressively worse. The pics are from install day and then like a couple of days ago.
As far as I can tell, there was never a break in the powder coating, but, it's not gonna fix itself.

Should I try to reach out to Warn? See what they can do?
Is there a workable solution that doesn't require me to remove it and have it look NOT like a rattle-can job.

How much would it cost maybe to have it stripped and re-powdercoated?

    TIA

    Work in progress...
Clean up the spots , wire brush lightly. Get some flat black spray paint with primer and some plastic wrap. Bunch the plastic wrap up and spray some paint on the plastic. Dab the spots.

Would I have to get down to bare metal? It sure looks like it's rusting under there.
I do like the texturizing idea.

As best you can. May need to patch it every few year as that’s a wick spot. Just keep up with it. Not much more work than doing the dishes.

Hoping it’s only a surface rust, sand it and raptor liner. You’re set for a long time.

    LS1 swap with nitros.
Hit it with rust remover, wipe off, and then apply POR-15 to the bare metal or areas that were rusting.

Take off bumper and raptor line it on a warm day.

it will bother you forever otherwise.
