    yep...I never use recipes, measuring cups etc...it is always "to taste" when I cook, and I am not usually afraid of failure. Years as a kitchen manager/chef following recipes taught me A LOT about not needing them...

    dayem....might be trying something like that this weekend at the house.....and I would have no shame about hitting that thing with a fork and steak knife!

    my wife is from Trenton...she talks about going to Lou's all the time!!!

    Not sure if any of you watch Street Outlaws on Monday night but Farm Truck and AZN have a cool show . They build funny vehicles and this one is their best one yet !!!

    This is a self powered 50's era RV trailer powered by a 70's Chevy van that has a 500hp sbc . The RV has gone 12.95 in the quarter mile by itself and has spooked alot of motorists
