Yep. Hasn’t worked for me for a few days. Good thing is Costco allows you to check their current fuel prices online. But they’re almost always the cheapest in the area anyway so no real point in checking.

My advice is focus on the things you can control / influence and don't sweat the things you can't. I went so far as to completely stop watching, listening, or reading the daily news over 2 years ago. It was just stressing me out and I could not do anything about what was going on out there anyway. It took awhile to detox from having to know what was happening in the world every second of the day, but once I got past that it was actually quite liberating.

War, pandemic, inflation, skyrocketing gas prices, the Doobie Brothers breaking up; I just could not take it anymore!

It is not just fuel. Food, lumber, lack of supplies, and heating costs is killing me. I travel 100 miles one way for work or I do not work. I am getting by but not really able to save any money. It also sucks for my employees who have been waiting for 2 months to get back to work. Then the 4 contracts I have from last year the materials have increased 40%.

Ford Maverick gets 37 mpg combined but don't count because it isn't a real truck.

Does leaving the Tacoma in automatic get better gas mileage than sport shifting?

Crude Oil futures were below $0, specifically -$40.32 in April 2020.

That would be awesome, go to the gas station, fill up your tank and get $30 in cash.
