    In all seriousness (because I am not widely known for being serious), I have right around 300 employees. It's easy. Just be fair, honest and do what you say you're going to do. No surprises is the key.

    And a bad ass break room. They'll overlook a lot of shit if you give out free muffins and coffee every day.
