    Evening gents :pccoffee:
Back to the grind, had a good weekend overall. My boy had his karate belt test and got his blue belt, so he's well on his way, then a couple of kids birthday parties. Spent some time with my boy yesterday since my daughter was feeling under the weather. Got some yardwork done this afternoon, brrr, but they only day I'll probably have some time for it. Kids are on spring break so I'll be taking a couple of days off to spend some time with them. Hope everyone had a good weekend overall :fistbump:

Welcome :hattip:, I see you got some offers, I'm on the southwest side of town, my Driveway is available as well if you ever need it.
Ah, been wanting to this with my kids but my nextdoor neighbors dog barks all night so that's out for now. My back usually hates me the next day though.
Looks good to me :D :hungry:, I'll take a sandwich

That's awesome brother, hope they have a nice visit.
Yup, got that run in too, definitely eventful when running into the wind, so I'll blame that for my time :D

    Afternoon everybody!

Pulled off all the duct registers in the house to see if they needed cleaning, good heavens I’m glad I did.
There’s a decently thick layer of dust and dirt and everything else in the ducts. Pulled a few pieces of shingle out too.

Yeah it was funny. Took some family after napping from work and got there around 330. Lots of cars parked on the road and people walking my first thought was like these people must be too cheap to pay $20 for parking but that was just a sign. Cop turned my truck away from the parking lot and I basically parked in front and thought I had a win till I asked what was going on. The cop said tow trucks were coming and that the event was shut down, he wasn't a dick about it and basically got all the info I needed to bail and go to a restaurant. Got crawfish and crab then went back home. I wasn't even that pissed about it mostly just the trip up and down i35. Lots of other people were hangry. Lol

That's a good job for pros! We had it done once before it all got replaced. I never had extra monies back then, so it couldn't have been that bad!

It’s something the property owner should have had done, there’s a lot they should have had done. I’m not about to go complaining with a laundry list of things I want them to do the first month we’re in the house though
Most of it is simple things I don’t mind doing myself anyway.

It definitely gives me more experience with what to check for when we do eventually buy a place.

Well it's a good thing you didn't make it in then, at least you found out before hand. I definitely would have been pissed. Guess that won't be an annual event anymore :notsure:.

    Morning everybody!

I found the C&CEP Facebook page, they have a meet on the 19th. 10 minutes down the road from the house so I’ll have to check it out. I doubt it’ll be quite the scale of the C&CSA event but we’ll see what kind of cars show up.
