Is the process painful? Can you doze during it?

 

They installed a port in my chest that goes into my corotid artery. They just plug into that port to give me drugs and blood. Had it installed when they told me if I didn't, I would be getting about 80 iv's. I'm not a needle fan, so I got it. It'll be there forever I guess. I usually listen to music and sleep. No pain at all.

Latest "oopsie" at the mill. Axle bearings let go and the stub shaft took out the entire housing. Only salvageable part was the wheel itself.

 

That one have a chain going from axle to axle?

I had an 1845C that was that way, bearing went out on it once too. Also broke a chain on one side, that was fun dragging it to the shop

 

Well, ain't this just enough to tick a fellow off...



The little tough cat went out, considered briefly and said "heck with this" and came back in. She is getting up there in years and doesn't have quite as much to prove anymore it seems.

Told my boss I was gonna clean the lathe man’s benches off. I got almost a trash can full and a lot threw in the scrap bin and haven’t even scratched it.

For real. He won't be happy with the crap I've thrown away, he'll get over it though. I'm nowhere near done, lol.

 

We had an insurance inspection coming up so I finally bit the bullet and cleaned off our mill machine. Not anything extensive, just an air wand and a quick brush.
