Clearly they don’t know about the 1st gen morning routine or they’d be over here in a minute.

@Kwikvette I need to try and find the name of the trail that goes from the Sequoias out into the Mojave Desert near Red Rock/Jawbone OHV...its' supposed to be fairly easy but a really cool drive, can't remember the name of it but I'll look around for it. Takes you up to this famous old cabin in the Sequoias

Turns out one of the odd things the shortage is messing with is added Harmon Kardon systems for BMW orders. They even have a credit if you don't add it which apparently helps keep production up. So you get the order quicker, but standard system and can't retrofit, or you wait an extra month+ Didn't expect that.

For sure, do it! That'd be a trail that lands between both of us, could make a weekend out of it and go camping.

Remember, I can take any days off work I want and school is only Mon-Thur.

that thread is going places (the one they linked you to). Dudes trying to say it's an issue with all gens of Tacomas, if you say otherwise then you haven't been on the trails enough lol.

Yeah; thread I posted had a possibility of going sideways as well. Just wanted to know what causes that to happen, like physically inside the engine/head. Someone posted an old quote which pretty much summed it up.

I guess I haven't been on the trail enough to see it in a 22R, 3.4, or 4.0l

They should just lean into it and get, "It's a 3rd Gen Thing, You Wouldn't Understand," stickers made.
