I agree with everything but the sour cream, replace the sour cream with butter

 

What abouta twice baked potato?

I've done that too, but both pretty much melt and aren't visible on a hot baked potato.

Thing is, the butter is harder to taste.

 

TBH... Butter makes everything better


I dated a gal once who was a Michelle star chef, she taught me in professional kitchens, to make anything better, just add more salt and butter

But butter is pretty much standard anyway, so really you're just taking out the sour cream.

When you guys come out, we gotta hit up this place called Cattlemens. They've got a really good twice baked potato.

 

sour cream is a no go for me, although I will admit that when its used in baking it can actually make things taste good (i.e. cupcakes), but I still prefer to not know it was used
