Winding down from 11 hr work day...and I just can't take a break for more than 10 minutes.

Was going to multi quote, got lost, guess I have electrical tape over my eyes (I really hope the dogs let me sleep in).

 That sounds like my son. It's a wonder how he gets away with quips like that and still end up running a company after 12 yrs. Most guys that work there have been there 10+ yrs longer but were passed over in a minute for a smart ass

I haven’t been back to the chiropractor since I had Covid in January. Got a foam roller and yoga mat . Do this routine a few times a week . But I should be doing it everyday :oops:https://youtu.be/itJE4neqDJw

I do stretch. My main issue, like many, is my sciatica, and sometimes my neck. I go once a month and don't mind the $45 I pay.

When I go it’s $35 . I have a total of 7 bulging discs . Both shoulders had small tears . My sciatic bothers me some times . Gotta keep moving right ? :) Arthritis in spine also . Getting old is not for sissies :angrygirl::rofl:

Good morning folks! I have to take a dog in for a visit with the neurologist this morning to be sure it’s ok for transport this weekend. One pupil is noticeably larger than the other our regular vet noticed it doing the health certificate. Apparently that’s a sign of a possible neurological issue. So I’m taking her up and picking up the other one I dropped off the other day for surgery with the orthopedic surgeon. If you have grandkids that are animal lovers put the bug in their ears to go into the veterinarian field they won’t go hungry!!

I filled up the wife’s car yesterday and was tickled to get the dime off per gallon bp visa deal I paid 3.99 in pageland sc. I’m going to do the top off and top it off again every trip to town on the diesel to keep from crying on a full tank fill up. Luckily it’s not bad on fuel but it has a large tank and I just don’t want to know how much that will cost.
