I've thrown out my back just reaching for a napkin. Of course it happens from sleeping on an unsupportive bed with inadequate pillows too - which is what I believe happened this time. Family vacation to Ice Castles in NH, stayed at airbnb.

 

Anyone ever replaced their body mount bushings? 13 years and 227k miles might be time. Heard it is worth it for less harsh ride. Not sure about the hype.
Is the radiator core support separate from the body mounts or is that the front 2 mounts of the 6 body mounts? How hard is it to replace and do the poly bushings tend to squeek?

Dude I've stayed at so many airbnb's with awful sleeping situations, ill let a LOT slide if you give me a comfortable bed...

Before my back surgery, I would throw out my back while folding laundry and would have to lay down for a half hour.

 

All these back problems....

Ever since I messed up mine right before Covid hit, it's never been the same. But I think mine is more of a muscle thing. I get up in the morning and it's definitely tight, but as the day goes on, as long as I'm active, it loosens up and feels OK by the end of the day.

 

Jeez, y'all need a chiropractor and a good bed.

My back issue was a result of my falling at work and herniated two discs.
Back surgery was the best thing I did. Injections/physical therapy/drugs had little to no effect.

 

I actually try and do this a few times a week but everyday would be better . I also have a foam roller I lay on and crack my back . Definitely helps my old painful body .https://youtu.be/itJE4neqDJw
