    Good morning everyone. Happy Friday-eve again.
    My son tried to fill his Expedition yesterday and his credit card automatically cut him off at the pump at $150 (I remember when that cutoff was $50)! Still wasn't full. Had to start over to finish. Regular 87 is about $4.89 now and diesel is about the same.

    The local corner gas station jacked up prices this morning to $5.73

    Was just talking with my Brother who's still living in Hawaii on the island of Oahu . We were talking about gas prices as currently his prices are about the same as here in Tennessee . He then told me the main supplier of crude oil for the islands is Russia . With the ban on Russian oil gas prices are going to be insane there in the coming future


    The only other supplier of crude oil for Hawaii is South America

    TJ actually uses his for his business, he has two one with all the welders and equipment, his jacked up monster hauling the equipment trailer... He's rethinking his base call out rate now for mobile welding calls.. Then there is the big as swamp buggy, the side by sides, the airboat...

    I was with him last Saturday when we rode out to the mountain. I had the preplanned pre- surgery covid test Friday and was negative thank goodness or they would have delayed it. he didnt know then he was positive and his wife is fine too.

    I’m leaving mine in the shed as much as possible I only drive it when I actually need it. But it actually gets better fuel mileage than the 4Runner if you aren’t pulling something. It’s the cost of replacing it if I mile it to death that concerns me more.
