1883 - just watched the 4th episode. Boy is this a corny series. It's woke fiction, but in a tolerable way so far.

Meh. Every cheesbo western cliche in 20 minutes. Sort of entertaining, soap opera like. I don't get the over the top hype. It's OK. At least it's somewhat watchable. Yellowstone wasn't watchable.

I like the older school and some new school westerns.

 

It gets better.
BUT! If you fast forward any of the areas with the hot blonde doing some sort of narration, its better.

The new Viking show on Netflix, same thing, skip the section of the women doing wierd ass ceremonies, and you again, miss nothing.

 

Hahhahahaa I call her narration "breathless". And her fake accent, yeah terrible. We will watch, not much else new right now.

15 minutes in, so far, reminds me of the other previous 8, not that I've seen them all

 

The last kingdom on Netflix.

Watched it when I lived in Australia back in 2016 and enjoyed it. New season just came out. Going to re watch it all from the beginning to refresh

First one came out when I was 16. Have seen them all multiple times. First two were more about cars. Then they became action films

 

I refuse to watch F&F movies. Once was enough up to the 5th regurgitation.

 

You know you were absolutely correct. When she loses her innocence and plugs the ugly fckr three times right in the chest.............*, the show got a LOT better.

Spoiler: *Girl loses innocence before your eyes. And ears.

*............after terrible boyfriend dies........That scene was great btw. Funny thing I said to my wife that blond cowboy is as good as dead, bet he dies..............sure enough, same episode!

 

Just wait, gets BETTER. If the guys she likes knows how easily she is a panty dropper for anyone, they would think twice.
I wouldnt, she is hot, but many would.

Coming to Prime in April


At first it looked like Amazon was trying to have their own 'Yellowstone' show but this looks like it goes in a different direction. Though they are probably hoping to snag that viewership

 

Yeah, seems a lot like Yellowstone from the synopsis I read about it. I like him though so might be good

 

Yeah Josh Brolin is usually in good roles/shows. Looks like it goes in a darker direction than Yellowstone, maybe even a bit supernatural.

I keep waiting and waiting and waiting...but Season 5 of Better Call Saul hasn't come out on Netflix, yet.
