hmmm i want another coffee

I made a decaf and it just didn't hit the spot

 

I can't drink decaf at all because of that exact reason

 

I thought it would help my sleep but it really hasn't one way or the other ..

I don't know if it's a fluke or not but I've noticed decaf gives me a headache too

 

Coffee is wack. Drink a redbull

 

I quit caffeine about a year ago

 

you are a brave man, I commend you

Although I kind of want to do the same just so I can re-start and have a normal person tolerance to caffeine again

although that will probably last all of 2 days

 

You guys just need to drink water

 

The annoying part lasted less than a week, the payoff has been good though. No more highs and lows, and its fucking surprising once you're in it how you wake up energized without it. I drink decaf because I like it, luckily we have some good local roasters and Stumptown does a decaf now as well.
Sounds worse than it is...also you realize how dependent you are on it once you quit.

 

All day. I'm the asshole drinking outta gallon jugs haha

 

yeah I think it would help me not feel so groggy in the AM tbh.

 

haha I carry a water bottle everywhere, hydro homies

 

It's the 4xbottles a day for me.

But that's because I love my water cold, and a gallon won't stay cold long enough to enjoy.

Speaking of liquids...even though I'd pretty much quit the sauce, I did get some of James Mays gin. Tis good

 

Try it for a month. You can always go back.

 

Yeah I'm good with room temp. Sounds weird I know.

 

You would hate England then, those weirdos drink their water (and beer) at room temp and look at you like you're crazy if you ask for ice.

Although good beers are OK not being ice cold, but room temp is too far

 

I mostly drink sparkling, but can't lie I more often than not drink it room temp or just cool, like if you grab it out of a 7-11 fridge.
