I agree, didn't mean to imply it's being ruled out. I meant to say what else can be tested before a complete suspension tear-down

You can see it in this photo. Your spindle is bent. Probably both.

why only leaning to one side? If they are bent, great opportunity for gussets to get welded?

Did you get an alignment? The SAI (Steering Axis inclination) will tell you right away if your spindle is bent. Are your gussets flattened out on either side of the cams? If not. look at the cams on the front and back side of the LCA and compare to the opposite side. There's 20 lines on them. The marks should "mirror" the other side, or at least closely mirror them. Again an alignment should answer ALL your questions. Of course you need a technician that knows how to read the angles and decipher them. This, unfortunately, is the challenge. If you have an alignment printout, people on here can probably tell you in a minute what's going on.

You drove 3 months like that????

That's what I'm saying. I'd take it to a reputable alignment/suspension shop. Hell even a sketchy shop could probably point you in a better direction if they were there looking at it.

Hahaha yeah I work there that’s pretty funny you recognized it! So here are some more picture put up on jacks at the same height. Looks like driver side is 3/8ths of an inch higher. Both coils have 24 threads so same preload. I did take it to an alignment shop and they aligned it I wasn’t driving unaligned for 3 months I’m not an idiot just stupid. The guy at the reputable shop said something is wrong but he didn’t know what pictures of alignent on LCAs are as follows driver front -passenger front -driver back -passenger back looks likes something is definitely off doesn’t looks like the spindle is bent tho but I could be wrong

Do you have a print out? What is the other picture all by itself?

Probably unrelated to your issue, but that looks like too much preload. Perhaps foxes are different than kings, but I have only about 1/2” passenger and 1” driver of preload and I’m at 2-2.5” over stock ride height with 600 lb/in springs and minimal added weight.

Some Fox's came with 14" springs not 16". Plus, preload will be different for every truck and shock. So, comparing threads or inches shown of thread isnt a good way. Just a FYI.

Disregard the other picture and the order of the angle pictures are wrong when I uploaded it but the driver and passenger front ones are the same Thea driver and passenger rear of the lca are off by 90*

Like I said, fox coil overs might be different, but if we assume the spring is compressed the amount of exposed threads which looks to be 3-4” and we assume a spring rate of at least 600 lbs/in, then a lower bound of preload is 1800 pounds. It’s hard to conceive that the truck has that much extra weight on it. The truck might have 0 down travel because of too much preload.

More importantly, the spring could be getting close to bind. I think king recommends a max of 2” of preload or thereabouts. I could remember wrong and/or Fox coilovers could be different.

This kinda looks like a cam bolt issue to me. With the drivers side cam bolt being twisted in the wrong place. I could see how it would make the bottom of the tire "higher" at full droop. It may have had a hard knock and rotated it out of position.

Edit...In the drivers side pics you can see the cam. In the passenger side pics I don't see the cam.
