Swung by the hardware store yesterday and got some plumbers putty. When I redid our kitchen 9 years ago, when I set the sink I didn’t have any for the drains so I used Vaseline. It’s worked until recently :D It’s dripping a tad around the drain.

It used to be a do it center, they lost that name several years ago. My boss man’s brother in law actually owns it. He’s not a @Hobbs either:pout:

Looked like they pulled into the driveway and tried to back out to turn around. The tow truck was hooking a winch cable to it when I saw it.

It’s hard to see but there’s a driveway right in front of the truck.

I went with Makita lectric weed trimmer and I like it. I only have like 15 minutes of work with it works quite well.

I had my truck winched off the side of the road in the soft shoulder in a storm. Won’t stop on a hill if I can help it. If the road wasn’t windy I could have backed up and gained speed for the climb.

I’ve also got the 18V trimmer for around the house/sidewalks, works great for the light trimming. I think next fall I’m going to try the 40V backpack blower. My Stihl is almost 20 years old and it’s the only piece of yard equipment I have left that is gas powered.

I might go with a battery lawnmower. Only power equipment I have is a chainsaw, splitter, and snowblower. I can do without the others

Laugh if you want (and I know you will) but I bought one of these last year and I love it. I kinda sorta pushed the limit on the size of limbs it's suppose to cut, but it sliced right thru them.

Oh, I forgot about the chain saw. Definitely keeping the gas powered saw, but the 40V saw does good for stuff 8” diameter or smaller. I wouldn’t try it on anything big.

That would be good for trimming around the hunting area
