@PennSilverTaco I did an Advanced Search Yesterday on Cars.com for new Civic MT Hatchbacks and 12 were available, Today only 2 so it looks like a few people have the same idea.

 

As stated above, my truck has become a member of the family and I feel that selling it would be disloyal. A runaway metal pipe didn't kill my truck, so I think a higher power has some grand plans for it...

 

I have zero desire to sell my truck either, but reality is setting in that inflation and high energy costs are going to be permanent. I was thinking a hatchback could give me a little utility so l can carry home improvement items, get decent MPG's and still a little fun with MT.

 

I don't think it's gonna be permanent; There's always gonna be inflation, but these are unprecedented times.

 

For me (and you as well I'm sure) it would be almost foolish to part with them now after all the work they've recently had

 

Just seems like the problem will not be solved, going to cancel my Satellite Radio, Tablet, Phone, and switch to a cheaper TV plan to try to make up for some of the inflated costs too.

 

I do agree that I see it as one that will take longer to get back to before at least.

I'm living pretty minimalistically as well. I do have the cable TV package with the Net access. My cellphone is free.

 

Thankfully when the landline phone guy was here the other day he said they finally offer high speed internet, that should allow me to make some cuts to save a few bucks and actually improve service at the same time!

The other day they were predicting 6 to 12 here but thankfully now they are claiming less than 6 but still super cold.
