    No pool. I'm all set with THAT... I don't have enough time to take care of anything as it is...


    Possibly.... frustrating having these motorcycles and mountain bikes, and hot being able to RIDE THEM...

    If I can get this building built(fingers crossed).... it'll at least give me an alternative time killer...
    And you can bet it'll be heated, cooled/dehumidification....

    Trust me you don't want a pool, glad i just open/ close them for people I wouldn't want to own one. what a waste of money I'd rather own a boat.

    Oh, I KNOW. I used to help my neighbor open and close his, poured the pad, etc. All freaking set.

    POOL, n. hole in the ground, into which, one throws money.
    BOAT, n. hole in the water, into which, one throws money.

    That being said, while we are looking at RVs(smallish Class Cs),I would still prefer to get back into another boat. I just don't have the time.

    At least the RV can be used on a road trip, going back home, etc. But, again, minimal use.(kinda hunting for a pop-up slide in for my 1ton)....

    Absolutely.....had one....came with the house, tore the fucker down. Biggest waste of money and too much work for very little payoff. Bought a bass boat and never looked back.

    Al Pools in general are a waste of money, pour money into them to keep them clean, chlorine prices this year have spiked, 3" tabs 25 lb bucket at a pool store in Ludlow Mass $ 250.00 that's high way robbery, last year they sold for like 145.00

    chlorine aside, it's the opening of it, the closing of it, the cleaning it, the vacuuming it, the "why the hell is a green now I have to shock it again", the "oh crap there's a rip in my liner, there is another $3000-$5000," the horrible pollen season, the increased electric bill running the pump all the time...... the list goes on. A pool is great for people that use it. It is horrible for the people that have to take care of and pay for it. I used to work for teddy bear pools back in the late 90s and holy ship is that such a racket.

    Holy Crap I used to work for Teddy Bear Pools too back in the day I ran the Parts Department and now my Brother is their General manager since Ted retired his above ground manager Rod Willard. My brother does it all now, his sister in Law Diane works there too
