Interesting! Yea if you have any pics that'd be awesome.. the only process I've seen is when they take a fat segment blade and put in this special wire to weigh big rigs as the roll through and not have to stop at a weigh station

I completely agree with you. I’m just using it because half the facility is plumbed with it already.

 

That’s the thing, we’re at a brand new yard. We moved during Covid, but it was set up for 1/2” in the old shop.

 

They make a battery power hydraulic pump too…

I guess you just gotta run with it. Givin what you're dealing with, and the fact that I've been in your bosses shoes, that flexible kit you linked is going to be your best option... only thing extra I'd add in would be a ball valve as close as you can from where ever techs work. Anticipate lines blowing only because I can't give any input on the longevity of a system like that, but given how 100% of the industrial systems I've come across are hard lined, I'd expect some failures

 

Ohhhhh yea, that's a big machine that does it in one pass... we can't build and compete with that LOL

 

There’s actually a step down coupler at the ball valve on the compressor the ball valve is the full one inch.

But, the regulator and filter only accepts 1/2”.
