    This and that...
Here's the video. At about 40sec is a good example of the ice that night. Used some the fresh on the other side at times not knowing if it would help or not.

Anyone interested in painting my soft topper rails for some cash? I would supply the bed liner...

I live in a condo complex in the mountains, don't really have the space to paint right this second.

    Would drop off in Denver

So I’ve got 100 miles on new gears. Can I beat on them yet?

Assuming you made a few short trips and put them through a few heat cycles you should be good to go :notsure:

Yup. I’m lucky to live on a dirt road. Put 5 10 mile heat cycles in 4wd all in my own neighborhood. So far I’m really happy with the torque gained by 4.88s.
One question I have is do gears affect speedo or is it only tire size?

Gears and tire size both affect the speedometer

2nd+ get their speed inputs from the ABS/wheel speed sensors so gears do not have an effect on the Speedo.

Not all 2nd gens have them at the wheels. I couldn't tell you if it's a specific trim level, model or year, but some have the speed sensor on the back of the tcase. My 09 sport manual does.

It may be a sport & OffRoad (& TX Pro/Baja/TRD Pro) thing since it has the traction modes.

Well I guess I can't win them all.

I bet it's a Manual trans, vacuum brake booster combo.
