Yeah man! its been a while indeed, but I am beginning to see the good in that, the amount I have learned in that time is huge, the number of things I know how to fix, or at least diagnose, has increased 20 fold; I now have the confidence to drive this bad boy around knowing that if I break down, I can probably fix it! Not only that, but everything is really done right on this rig, Axles, suspension, bracketry, exhaust, its all dialed in. At this point I really couldn't be happier. I've got an FJ case ready to go in, and next up is a cage/bed set up, so I wouldn't say totally wrapped up yet LOL!!

But the major project is pretty much complete!

Its an older pic, There was a big debate when I posted this. I posted it up concerned that my camber was F'd, however apparently on toy axles, when the Toe is off, it can appear to be camber, so after adjusting my toe out the faux camber issue went away.

Changed the air filter today for a KN, this baby is cookin! Gotta get some new exhaust gaskets because i get a little tick, but other than that thing are good!

P.S. Anyone know a good place to get exhaust gaskets?

been ghost riding the shit outta this bitch! haha j/k but I was in fact testing my crawl box out in my snow-covered work parking lot, and wow, it is really cool. I have a twin stick FJ case from RST heading my way, so its only getting better.

EXACTLY RIGHT! It is kinda funny, I've been wanting to turn my doors into tube doors, but didnt want to ruin a perfectly good door, well I guess this was God/My truck helping move the plan forward.

it was pretty messed up though, it could have been really bad. Dude in a work van pulled out infront of me, I was going probably 40 mph and had no where to go, so I slammed on the brakes and turned the the right, well it was wet out so I went completely sideways and luckily i am pretty quick with it and skilled at maneuvering so I was able to whip it out, only to see a fire hydrant coming right for me, I basically whipped the truck around straight into the hydrant LOL!! if that hydrant hadnt been there I would have gotten off scott free, but nooooooooooooooooooooooo, had to be a random fire hydrant in the middle of nowhere. Also, I think my demello sliders really saved my truck for more damage, I really fkin hit that thing hard but the beast just took it in stride.

So I can either order a new door shell for a few hundred bucks, unpainted, which means either I do a shitty job matching it, or I say fuck it and bedline the door, and transfer all my internals over... or I search around for a silver door at junkyards..

What do you guys say? I need your help on this one..

Dude, if it wasn't for my awesome driving skills, there would be a few dead people and a totaled tacoma. I definitely ninja'd my way out of a pretty serious situation. The fire hydrant just happened to be at the end of my successful save :D

But seriously, I dont know if I want to have just 1 bedlined door, think it would look funny, but do I care is the question!

I dont belive you. You were probably texting your bros, when a cat spooked ya, causing you to drop your phone, then....When trying to recover your phone from the floor, you werent paying attention to Mayhem (aka: the Fire hydrant), and your trajectory. You over corrected, loosing control of your truck, and hitting the hydrant. Your truck should imediatly be revoked, and shipped to Arizona for propper storage, and security, while you take the wheel of a Prius, or Ford Pinto, until you learn the error of your ways.
