    When I saw this thread on the front page this afternoon I thought 'well this is it, the TW drama has finally chased Rick away.' Then I saw the post was not from Rick but from Mrs. Unchained....my heart dropped.
    As many of you know, Rick was probably one of the most generous guys on the forum, but it wasn't exclusive to TW. And his generosity was often infectious. I know that I had often given items to members in need because Rick inspired me.
    He is one of the many great people I have gotten to know in the years of being a member on this thread and then had the chance to become good friends with offline. Like Eammon posted above, I too will "treasure the memories I have of him" and I will miss the times that we don't get to hang out again.

    My deepest condolences to you and yours, Mrs. Unchained.

    RIP Brother Rick.

    What unexpected news to read here today. How amazing and strange this forum community is that we can all be so affected by the passing of a member we've never met in person, only interacted with online. Just another example of the ties we all feel to one another here.
