Here we used to go to Joe's barbershop and get a cut and a shave 6 bucks. Sad it is gone.

The last of those aircraft will quit service when I'm in my 50's and I'm a 90's kid btw.

I know of two '57 models that based on flight hours will most likely make it into the 2040's.

To think that airframe will probably outlive both of my parents is kinda wierd.

Onto other "things" now. As much as I miss the KC135, the "newer" thing forced me to be a better mechanic, NCO, and leader. So I don't regret the change.

Even if it makes me want to re-introduce myself to half of the leadership at the lazy-B, half of their engineering teams and beat them all to death with a wiffle-bat that has paper tacks double-bubbled to it.

You order at one window, pick up at the next. No burger and fries, just ice cream.
Mom was upset when they closed the old style DQ

As soon as it's even remotely warm, they come out in my neighborhood. We usually have 2. There's the ice cream truck, and the lemonade truck.

Rememeber it well Benjamin. Had the whole Discwasher system including their mat. First real speakers I had were from Radio Shack (Realistic). !00% USA quality. Had an Audio-Technica stylus on my Pioneer turntable. Served me well. Loved the "strobe" light, lol :)

I have Technics towers on my system. 3 way 10" woofer, 200W. Actually had a 1 piece Sanyo system when I was 13 after mowing quite a few lawns.
