Toytec ULK, Light Racing UCA's, OME Dakar rear leaves, ARB Bumper with XRC8 winch, Good Year Duratracs 285/70/17's on 17x9" Level 8 Strike 6's. Leer cap in the winter. Pioneer Double Din with BT, iPod, etc. Boston Acoustic components in all 4 doors with a Sony amp, powered 8" sub. Ultra gauge, Tom Tom...
Adjusted the coilovers to account for the weight of the ARB/XRC8 combo I installed a little bit ago.

Measurements from the center of the hub to the fender flare edge.

    Pass/Driver rear: 25"

Pass front: was 23" now 24". Driver front: was 22 3/4" now 24".

Body edge in front of rear flare is 22 1/4" from the ground, edge behind front flare is 22".

The pics aren't that great, but the Toy sits quite level. Hope I don't get any more settling. If I do, I'll need to order new spanner wrenches. The smaller one bent the tab over, the bigger one is bent quite a bit. I did use a 6" breaker bar, so I think I'm lucky to get the use out of them I did. I now have 2" of threads below the adjustable ring, actually it's about 1 15/16".

I also raised the pressure in my tires (285/70/17 Duratrac's D rated) from 36psi. to 55psi. I thought the ride would be rough, but no more so than at 36psi. I had a little shimmy in the wheel while driving straight. I think the extra psi. probably let a little more weight on the center of the tread.
Any how, no more shimmy. I will have the truck aligned this week.

Again, pics not so hot, kinda parked on humps of snow, but here they are. Sorry no befores, they are in my build thread.

I'll try to get better ones this afternoon. I shouldn't even put the first one up, it's way out of whack, looks very nose hi but not so!

Yeah, max. is 65. Loaded of course. Handling improved over the 36psi. Tread is flatter now. When I had the tires off, the pattern looked almost U shaped, like the center of the tread was barely touching. I know with weight on them they tracked well, but it just didn't look right. Now the tread face appears flat, there is no wandering happening. All seems right. I drove an old Blazer on 38's at 75psi., but it had a soft suspension.

We shall see, maybe needs adjustment, but for now I like it.

The bearing on the drivers side was going out. Luckily it is being covered by the warranty. This has been a 3 week ordeal getting it fixed. I hope the like the fact that I brought it back to them today after spending the weekend in the woods.
