MAF sensor & TB clean today at 40k. Leading edge of maf was definitely dirty. Trailing edge is pretty clean.
    Maf cleaner cleared it up.
TB was good shape just spray and nylon brush. Pcv and air/cabin filter change this week. Cheers

Finished my bed platform. Super snug with pressure points rather than fastened and can be taken out in less than one minute.

There isn't a "do not like" button. Hopefully your truck isn't hurt too bad.

Try rubbing compound, then polishing compound.

Installed some heim outer tie rods. I have been going through boots on the stock ones far too often.

Modified the front bumper to go along with the trimmed fenders as well. This is one of those things that’s been bothering me forever but I kept putting it off. Quick little job that makes a huge difference.

Did my 120k maintenance this weekend, found this little gem... still not sure what I'm going to do about it.

Put a nut over the top and weld inside the hole of the nut to the bolt, then dump some penetrating oil on it let it sit and you should be able to back it out

Well shit. Doing a basic oil change and while looking around I found the infamous sheet metal crack, this is the drivers side. Pass side is cracked too, but only about an inch

The broken bolt or the crack in the crossmember?

The bolt doesn't appear broken. Its the crack that is the problem.

Yes it's black. I have a few pics in my media, although the light makes it look like it's not black. Not sure how much, need to research it. It's going to be at least two weeks before I can get to it, busy with work and a family obligation coming up next weekend. I'll post it in the 2nd gen marketplace when I'm ready. Thanks for asking.

Unpacked to make sure it was undamaged by the shipper. This thing was well packed and survived the trip from South Africa to New Jersey and then to my driveway in Va. Can't wait to get it installed. Wish I didn't have to wait!! :annoyed:

    A little swag...

So far I'm impressed with the quality of this thing!

Its honestly pretty pricey because its a gallon on the website. At the shop locally he sold it in squirt bottles. You may be able to call and get a smaller amount. I used maybe 1/10th of the squirt bottle for both sides of the bed. It can be used on plenty of other applications too he said.
