Actually, this thing was probably the best deal on the lot...

 

For Lexus I can use Lexus drivers website and see all the dealer service history. Just punch in the VIN and it tells a lot of info. Dealership that first sold it, customer complaints, all service history that happened at the dealer.

I think Toyota has a similar site.

I've taken pictures of this rig before, but here it is again; This 1997 Cruiser belongs to one of the IT guys at work (I guess you IT guys love your FZJ80s!). It is not triple-locked, but it is in really good shape!

1988 FJ60 GX (Don't know what the "GX" part means): I ended up behind this Cruiser while driving home, and the women turned into a shopping center parking lot. I took my chances, followed her, and ended up asking her questions about her ride; When I told her about Selden Motors, she expressed interest and was about to look it up on her phone. She got a call as she was doing this and had to go inside the Staples; I wrote down the name of the dealer where I saw all the JDM Land Cruisers and slipped it under the windshield wiper, as you will see in one of the pictures...

When you posted those vintage trucks at Selden I looked them up & found quite a few less than stellar reviews. Don't know if you want to go around touting them. Unless you can get them to pay you a commission.

FYI, most of the time I don't get a notification when you tag me so anytime I have a response to offer it might not be a timely one. TW quirk; no biggie.

 

Woman seemed to really want a stick shift FJ60, so I told her where to find one; Whether or not she chooses to buy is none of my business...
