leaking behind this plate.....

    crap bolted and welded together....
    So can anyone tell me what this plate covers, and what perhaps is leaking from around it?

    Circled in red is the plate itself, circled in yellow is where it is leaking.

    This plate is near the power steering pump, in the picture you can see the belt to the right of my finger going to the pump.

    I moded 1999 Taco so much it had turned to Land Cruiser
    I believe its called Timing Chain Cover Plate
    Timing Chain Cover.jpg
    if it is leakign from there make sure bolts are tightened to spec, Or you can always remove bolts and replace gasket.
