I know this thread is almost decade ago. But I recently bought RollNLock XT. This has t-slot on it for rack system. I just wanted to share my delivery issue too.
First shipment I saw a hole at the end and inside was damaged at multiple locations. So I returned it. Unpacking>>Check>> Packing >> drive to 10 min Fedex location and finalize shipping isn't necessary part of purchase experience.
Then I called the dealer and asked to reinforce the package to avoid damage for 2nd shipment. They didn't. Result? = Same. There was no hole this time, but inside was banged. I can tell the cushions inside is poorly designed. No wonder it gets shipping damage often, at multiple locations.
How come good quality company can ship the product in poor box?? I highly doubt their QA process.
After I read this thread, it is just surprising to notice the RollNLock Co. keep using same box design and shipping it for decade... Glad the posting guy is happy but his experience could be better.
