    I really want to replace our shitty OG gutters too, but then we should probably have the soffits done, and if we get the soffits done, we should really do the siding, but maybe we should go ahead and get the roof redone too while we’re at it, blah blah blah…

    At some point I really would love to just take the financial dick punch and get a home equity loan and do all of the above. It would be so nice to have the exterior basically dialed in for another 20 years. Maybe someday.

    The landlord at the last place refused to fix our gutters that leaked at every turn... so I got up there and flex sealed em all. Got tired of slipping on ice from the leakage

    lols the PO and landlord for our apt lazy af. Had to vacuum out old dead roach colonies, reseal the door and dust boot replacement, changed out the mirror, and had my brother seal all the shot shit with m1 sealant. Normal peeps wouldn't last in our shoes, but the market is shit here

    I always found cicadas in my houses there... hated it. Got really good at sniping them out of the air with brake clean though
