I am a pavement pounder and as I drive lately I feel like my rear is sliding around when making turns at lights. Anything I should add in the back to add some weight to prevent sliding during turns? I am not a fast driver at all and currently just running everything stock except the tires. The tires I have are K02's and everything else is stock. Thanks for any advice in advance.

Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
Sew some Velcro on your butt.
    Tires (rubber composition).
Road conditions. Intersections are almost always more slick than the open road, especially when wet.
    Driving style.
Pickups are typically light in the rear. Some additional weight might help, but then you'll get to use more expensive fuel as your MPGs will drop.

My ko2s were very slidy, but mostly in the rain.

Some weight in the bed is a good place to start.

Check Tire Pressure. Over inflated tires have less footprint on the road.

Does it slide in the rain, snow, ice? How fast are you accelerating from a stop?

Since you've not experienced autox or a performance driving school, here are a couple of ideas......

    Less throttle (free)

    Possibly soften tire pressure (free)

Try weight and see it it works. It could make it worse, depending on what is really happening (free to try, takes more fuel)

Run tires with a suitable street tread pattern and compound.
