Where are you moving from? Moving to IL is a downgrade in many ways, unless you work in the prison system and want to meet a lot of our former governors / politicians lol. I grew up between Peoria and the Quad cities. There is some good country to explore to the west and south of Peoria.

Nice T4R (got some rake going lol) I had an 06 until the dreaded head gasket issue started (waterfall sound in the dash on cold start). I would still be driving it if that didn’t happen. Best gen IMO.

I'm only going to be there for the summer for an internship, so not completely moving there. Coming from Richmond VA area

Thanks haha, that side shot was just after doing the suspension so its settled out a bit. I do prefer a tad raked over leveled so it doesn't squat when I'm toting crap around in the back. I also have an early v6 and that potential for HG problems does have me a bit scared

Ah, good choice, temporary is not a bad thing. Life experiences. Yeah my T4R I ended up about level with aftermarket FJ coils in back and billsteins up front. I wouldn’t sweat the HG potential. Probably would have seen it by now. Mine had waterfall noise cold for awhile and still no codes. Made sure I was really warmed up before I traded it in on my Taco though (would not have sold it PP). There are a lot of abandoned strip mines and stuff out there within an hour. Many are becoming private now though, people buying the. I used to rip jeeps, motocross bikes all over them and have parties and bonfires. Good ol days. Where’s the internship, Caterpillar?

Yep the internship is with Caterpillar at one of their Mossville Location. Sounds like there could be a decent amount of stuff to do off-road wise? In VA we always have to go out of state lol

Not much in state. Typically Wisconsin or Indiana for the "closest" option. Couple in state gems but I've never been

gotcha. 2.5hrs from Peoria to the Badlands place sure is a lot closer than 5hrs to Pennsylvania haha

Yeah badlands listed below is the best closest place for legal off road parks, the places we used to go are likely not accessible anymore they were basically abandoned strip mine areas that were not exactly legal, but never really got chased out of them either. That was 20+ years ago though, and many have been bought by private land owners and turned into nice cottages with lakes. Cat will be a good internship though, had a buddy that worked there, pretty strict worksite (take safety seriously etc.) but should pay well even for an internship (hopefully). Peoria is big enough to keep you entertained.

Still got it. Still trying to keep it local. Lol. I’m having terrible luck with shipping and can’t see this stuff surviving

Have you posted in the Iowa and Wisconsin threads? I’ve seen a couple suspensions go recently

Not yet. I plan on branching out when free time pops up. As of now I can get the time to meet halfway or the likes. Works miserably busy

You’re selling like 500 worth of parts (new) for $800. I’m not sure if you’re going to have a lot of takers. I’d say cut your losses. Grill $200, shocks $300. That’s about what it’s worth w/out springs etc

The TRD lift kit is $1450 new from Toyota? It’s missing the $200 sensor. I can get it if whoever buys it wants it

kits never been installed. Got shafted by the dude who had me order it. Can’t return because Toyota stopped selling them under these part numbers. If no one buys it it’ll end up under w/e truck I put the 2021 frame I have under.

It’s 5100s with different stickers, a rear lift block and a grill with missing parts. I’m not trying to be a dick, but there’s a reason there’s no takers…Put it on the new truck frame, it’ll be ready to rock Moab.

Would anyone be interested in a set of Falken Wildpeaks at3's 265/75/16 with like 200 miles on them? I purchased them but may go a different direction.
