Took less than about 1 1/2 and that was with taking 2 breaks to warm up my hands
Worth the money for piece of mind- just cut my neighbors cat out of his element

Sorry, replying late, but yes, I installed in my driveway by myself without lifting the truck. I first used a floor jack and a piece of wood to hold the plate in place, but the floor jack got in the way. I switched to a bottle jack with a piece of wood between to hold it in place while securing it. I had to attack the install from all directions, both sides and the front. The fit is very precise. Had to re-loosen a few bolts to get some of the last bolts in. Just be careful not to strip the bolt heads. I'm very happy with my MillerCAT shield.

Got mine installed in under 20 minutes. It really helps to not take the cross bars (whatever they are called) off, instead take the 4 bolts out where you will be putting the shield and loosen the other 4 enough to get a gap to slide into. After that, I slid it in place, put the 4 bolts back in hand tight, got the front bolts in, then went back and tightened everything. Pretty easy install even tho I have no garage and did not use a jack.

@MillerCATCorp do you have any availability for a 2016 3.5L V6 SR5 4x2 (2WD) configuration for aluminum or stainless steel options? If so, can you link me as well as supply a TW discount code if applicable? Will purchase this weekend!

My MillerCat has shipped and will install it ASAP.
My mechanic friend installed one on a 3rd get Tacoma for a customer today and he said rattling noise is a possibility.
Anyone notice any added noise after installing these?

All quiet here. First thing I did after putting it on was to drive down some washboard roads

@MillerCATCorp sending you a PM. Got my package today but it is for sure missing 1 of the shorter m6 screw. Supposed to have 9 and the package came with only 8.
    Order # 7513

also just curious, no need for lock washers for the 3 front long screws that bolts to the threaded plate about the cross member ?

What are the average shipping times looking like? I realized a little too late that I should probably grab one of these when I move across the country here in a couple weeks, not looking to have my cats stolen while parked at a hotel.
