3rd GEN BARCELONA RED TACOMAS!!

I took a lil hit on mpg with just the lift. I was too cash poor at after that, a cmc, 5 scs and sliders to get the tires.
I guess the wheels are gonna sit for a while waiting on rubber and my truck will continue to look like a stork while we wait to see if gas ever returns to normal

 

Picked mine up a few weeks ago! Can’t wait to take her camping for the first time!

Parked next to my older twin at church (a second gen Barcelona Red, long bed). I also recently upgraded to the pro taillights.

Yes, I confess. I was illegally parked in a handicap spot for a few seconds but only to take the picture, but no one else was around lol.

 

So I’m curious about the interior color of your Barcelona Reds.

In my Vehicle Specs my interior color is listed as Cement. But it’s definitely Black and Cement.

Additionally I’ve seen some new 2022 BR Tacomas on YouTube with the cement and gray interior. Anybody else have the black and cement? I like that mine has black inside because it keeps with my desire for the two-tone look of black and red overall.

I should add that I am NOT going for a two-tone look on the interior. Just happy it’s got lots of black on the inside.

This isn’t a pic of my actual truck (2021 BR Off Road) but that’s what it looks like. my 2021 army green Off Road was the same.

Photos somehow make it look more gray than black. I took some photos of my interior and in real life it is black but in a photo it looks gray.

 

the Barcelona red Tacoma looks great with the camper shell . I’ve been looking for months but can’t find a used one .

 

If you can find a used one you like in any color my $.02 is to go for it and have it painted. Red is tricky to match as it is and if you go down the rabbit hole in shell threads about color match the red shells rarely come out ok from the factories.

 

Damn that white looks rad! Never woulda guessed, although I bet some people hate it.

I waited a year and jumped on mine when it showed up used within a 45min drive. Red is hard to come by. It’s probably easier to find a good deal on a used one and have it painted. As pictured next to a rad X-runner.

My used one was close-ish but definitely not a match.

 

It’s good to have a Toyota truck in the garage again, the year wait was worth it!
