I agree. I decided to take her to Toyota instead. Don’t really trust anyone else with it, my dealer is alright I would say.

only Hawaiians/ locals with clear mind or people who come with clear mind understand Hawaiis state of affairs.

Thank you! That’s how it is here, my family we kanikapila with our friends (jam music) then we fix our stuff. You either wait long time for someone else to fix your stuff or you learn and fix your self. After all we on an island!

I deleted it to avoid starting a war in my messages (regret doing that now) but something about me driving to Sacramento so he could run over my cat and how if someone purposely hurt his little furry that he would torture them to death (probably into that sort of thing)
Then called me a pussy fart

Truck is doing okay. Still at about 90%.

Goes into the shop on Wednesday but I have been driving it.
    Seems okay.

Steering wheel still very crooked, still pulling to the right and stability control dash light still on. Other then that she’s basically the same. Super grateful she still is handling. All the help here too got her back on the road. Thanks for checking in I’m going to update again after Wednesday shop trip. Toyota wants it in for the leaky light tsb too and I’m gonna try get them to update my ecu as well.

    Just got the truck out
Of the shop. Steering wheel is straight and alignment is good. They couldn’t get my lights on the dash off. Stability control light is still on and now the abs light is on. They said sensors arnt communicating. I’m assuming I need a new sensor on the drivers side. These lights didn’t come on until after I replaced the steering knuckle. Truck drives fine. But the lights are annoying.

After some reading about these lights, it’s either the sensor it’s self or the wiring harness. I know these sensors are super sensitive and I wouldn’t be surprised if the sensor or wiring harness was damaged during the accident. Tech said my alignment was super off. Please leave input. I would like to fix the abs system as now it is fully off… dealer left me with a new light on (abs) I found the harness and the sensor online for cheap. Should I order just the sensor?

I have had to replace ABS sensors on several of our cars over the years. If is just the sensor that is like 2 minute job. I broke the one on my Corolla when working on it a couple years ago. Did not take much to break a wire in the harness.

You have a multimeter or even a continuity tester? Check the sensor wire they are fragile and easily damaged. Very common to be damaged while doing suspension work if you're not careful.

Have installed standard motor brand speed sensor wiring from Rockauto on a 3rd gen. Has been working fine since. They also have the speed sensor itself.

    Sensor $95
    Wiring $54
