Basically, the shafts are reused. JD takes the OEM shaft, machines the end to accept the 934, then slaps it all together. the 934s are plunging so they are great for LT as they plunge over 1.18" during travel giving you a longer shaft when it needs it, like full droop. They'll build them for you (for an additional $300 core charge) or you can slap your outer on the kit they send.

"We take OEM stock inner CV's and we machine them in house to accept proprietary laser cut 934 CV flanges. The flanges are then Tig welded on inside and out for maximum strength. After the welding is complete we machine the assembly again so the modified stub shaft is perfectly balanced.

A very small frame notch is required in order to clear the 934 assembly and we include fill plates that get welded back in.

All kits include bullet proof 300m axles that can be made to any length specified so this kit can work with any length arms. Please call us if you have a specific length that is not listed. "

Soo..... I literally pulled over for gas this morning in Cape, texted the STL boys that it was a foggy mofo out here and decided to take a slightly different route. Would have been in that area when it happened too. Or close to it at any rate.
