I've got a can that would go nicely on the Ranch (Silencerco Omega 36M) but the integrated aspect is sweet. Keeps everything compact and tidy. I haven't ever heard of those - they look badass!

The store had 2 of them, both in 5.56

I halfway talked myself out of it as my state just banned standard mags - figured it might not be a bad idea to drop the $500 just in mags that I won't be able to buy after July 1.

Might run into town tomorrow and buy it anyway though.

The ranch rifle is a good gun, just an AR-15 in civilian clothing, as far as how they shoot.
    Obviously the mechanism is different.

The mini14 i had ejected the shells with some serious energy, enough to crack a windshield.
I like the AR platform better, just me, but if there is ever an all out "assault" weapons ban that Ruger would probably sneak by.

Aftermarket parts to customize up the wazoo.
One of the few guns i ever let out of my possession, some minor regret.

Even more fun when you add a binary trigger too!!! I left the sparrow off on this pic, but you get the idea!

I keep telling myself I don't need a binary trigger for my 10/22 since it costs more than the gun did... but I really want one

I got my GunfightersInc Kenai today and sadly it does not fit my Shield Plus as they said it would. Back of the shell pushes on the mag release, a little pressure drops the mag while the gun is holstered. Fits my standard Shield fine, just not the Plus.

I'm going to give them a call to see what they can do to rectify the situation - kinda sucks to have dropped $175 on a holster that ain't right.

Holy chit, I've done a lot already!!
I have the Mini 14. Out of the box the iron sights were pretty darn good. Mounted a scope, but haven't had enough time with that. I'm not positive about your specific one you were looking at, but I can fire both .223 and 5.56. It's a good overall rifle, and as noted above, should squeak through as it isn't an AR.

Picked up an Apache waterproof box at Harbor Freight. Making a trip out West next month and I needed a lockable box. It's pretty decent, actually, for the money.

Vista group and I believe another ammo vendor said prices are going up first of April due to material costs. I guess it’s time to do some shopping.
Granted I saw that on YouTube so….

Impulse buy yesterday, our shop got some of these Tisas PX-9 Gen 3’s in and I thought they were interesting, they’re a Turkish copy of the Croatian HS2000 (better known as the Springfield XD) with a different grip, ability to accept Sig 226 mags, and Glock pattern sights.
This threaded, RMR cut version has a street price of around 400 and I believe MSRP is around 500.

Gonna lube it up tomorrow, probably install the Holosun 507C on it, and I’ll run at least 200 rounds through it on Sunday.
