I have a cable for VAGCOM from my days as a VW/Audi nerd. Will that cable work?

 

No, vF will only work with Tactrix cables. And VERY soon will only be cables purchased through vF for new buyers (it's technically already this way except for a few grandfathered individuals).

It's not uncommon to see. The restriction sucks but it doesn't affect me at this moment.

No. Sorry if I wasn't clear. The Tactrix cable for vF is what will be the requirement.

 

For the information of anyone who has purchased a file recently and is waiting delivery, we are slightly behind schedule getting them out. My son unfortunately had a small mishap during track practice and ended up needing some orthopedic surgery. Please forgive the unforseen minor setback. We are working on getting the files delivered as soon as humanly possible.

We do a 3 step quality check on every file made for quality and accuracy. This ensures that you get the most up-to-date and error free tune for your truck. Me being out of the mix for a couple days put a damper in the production process. However, you paid for a quality service and we are determined to provide you with exactly that. The entire Nexus team appreciates each and every one of you, and are dedicated to getting your files delivered on time. When we can't, you deserve answers.

First time ever resetting my learned values and stuff and man, the first drive after doing that is about as herky jerky as me trying to drive a manual Hoping it starts to smooth out over the next 500 miles or so.

I have an ECT always on mod on my truck and have used it for about 2 years now. Is it ok to run ECT full time when the truck is relearning itself? Any reason why I shouldn't leave ETC always on with this tune?
