Would these fit a 2nd Gen crew cab long bed?

If you're talking about the tube steps they are off a double cab so they wouldn't fit an AC. Not sure about 2nd gen, it would depend on the position of the mounting holes, but definitely won't fit an AC.

Anyone near SWFL have a DCSB bed cap (camper shell) they're willing to part with for not stupid money? Seems like I can find a shell for every other truck for less than $500 but when something pops up for a short bed Tacoma it's $1200 without fail. Somehow the smaller the shell, the more people want for it.

I have a back flip tonneau I'd be willing to do a partial trade with. I need more vertical covered capacity.

Fair enough but looking for something more along the lines of the ARE or Leer that are streamlined with the truck rather than work oriented. Don't need lifting side glass.

Picture stolen from google image search but this is basically what I'm after

Honestly man $1200 isn’t what most would consider stupid money for a shell. Even a basic one goes for well north of $2k new.

I’d say anything $1k-1500 to be reasonable. Sub $1k stupid good.

Full admission that my opionion is purely subjective and you’re well entitled your own opinion. Happy hunting.

RSI Evo toppers are now at the $4k range. Be happy with anything less expensive.

Yea those trend boxes are way too rich for my blood. If I’m spending that kinda money it’s going towards a flat bed/removable canopy conversion.

I'm not saying that's not a fair statement, but when you weed through dozens of caps for Dodge, Chevy, Ford or any long bed or full size truck you can think of for like 300-500, the single decent 5' bed Tacoma cap stands out at 1200. I only paid 500 for the cap I had on my late model f150 before the Tacoma.

I guess I was just expressing my frustration that for some reason the Tacoma caps seem to set their own price point for whatever reason. But my offer is honest, Something under the 1k mark or my Backflip plus cash.

Can anyone tell me what kind of roof rack that is on the shell..? Gdamn sexy. Bugging me to no end that I have a roof rack on the truck, and still slick-top on my topper. The lines don't flow.

Bet that would match the OEM rack perfectly...
