I'm just leery of messing with the internals. I have never changed anything on any of my Glocks, but the 43x and 48 MOS's just seems to want it   My 48 MOS will stay like it is until I figure out how I like the 43x....then it will get the same stuff.

All I do is polish the internal parts where they contact another part. It takes the gritty feeling out of the trigger same way if you fire several thousand rounds. Just speeds up the break in period. For me anyway

I have honestly never looked into doing something like that. I know Glocks aren't the best, but they just seem to work(and just feel right in my hands) and I never wanted to mess with that. I guess I'm looking at it now as "If I don't like it, I can go back to stock". I just don't have the funds to "waste" money and not use/like the stuff I buy :D

Am I the only one who shoots 100% stock Glocks? I even have the OEM night sights.

Mine have always been stock except for TruGlo night sights(the 19x has factory NS). For some reason, the MOS's just feel like they need the "tacticool" stuff

Shit, edit: I forgot I put an Olight on the 19x  :anonymous:

I don't think any (or at least most) of my guns are stock...

I do need to polish the internals of my Glocks.

    Hiya De
How's things been? Love the 19x. I grabbed one a few months ago b/c I was feeling like I wanted a "military" Glock :D

When I say polish that’s exactly what I mean. You don’t ever want to remove any metal, you just want to take the grit off just my .02

Use Flitz metal polish and an Dremel with a felt pad.

    Nothing to it.

The Swampfox came in a day early, so I ran home and grabbed it. Brought the slide back to work and got it installed :D

Does it mount directly to the slide or is there a plate needed?

Direct mount. It does use a shorter screw(8.6 vs 10.1) on the extractor plunger side. Apparently people put the longer one on that side and it pinched the plunger(the kit comes with 12 screws in 3 different sizes)
