Most frozen meals have tons of salt packed in them to keep them good for a long time. That's why the Healthy Choice ones taste so bland and awful lol

 

ahhh the healty choice ones are a good backup

definitely need some hot sauce, pepper, salsa or something else to spice em up cuz they are

 

It'll be ok. As a diabetic I have like 300% the daily recommended carbohydrates of a normal person

 

I dont worry about whats in the food, i worry about what it taste like.

 

carbs are my Achilles heel. I need my bread and pasta

 

And as a Celiac, my breads usually have more carbs than wheat-based bread too lol

 

I eat good when i cook

 

Ok its official now I need an early lunch

and my frozen chicken tenders aren't sounding so good

 

Then i look poor at work

 

looks like decent deli meat at least

 

Think its just oscer myer roasted turkey breast.

 

I worked in a deli/meat market for years that served Boars Head brand and I can never go back to cheap deli meat. But the good stuff is way pricey

 

peppered edge for FLAVOR

 

I just get the biggest value pack so i can eat the same sandwich all week…

sometimes i mix it up with a PB&J
