Nice…these trucks are built to be used, might as well make some memories with them.

Might consider swapping out the metal ties with something like this: https://griplockties.com/griplockties-store/

No chaffing, and better grip than the plastics.

As long as it doesn't do stupid fancy strobing or orange to red sliding transitions like I've seen other trucks installing recently I wholeheartedly approve.

Trucks are like people, friend. If they do not have scars they have not lived.

Glad to hear you don’t think I’ll get in trouble because of the color o_O
It’s an auto, but it isn’t uncomfortable for me. Definitely don’t think it’d be for everyone. Only posted in reply to a grenade being specificically mentioned as shift knob

I haven't driven it yet. Id say a week and it should (settle).

Got my new Method 704 wheels mounted today. These are 16x8 with 0mm offset (4.5 inch backspacing), in Titanium color. I had my 285/75R16 Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac tires swapped over from my OEM wheels, along with the TPMS sensors. I couldn't find many photos of this Titanium color on a white truck, and the photos I did find looked very different from one another (some looked almost black, and others looked really silver). Although black would have looked really good on my rig, I just feel like black wheels are starting to get overplayed, especially in my neck of the woods. In the end, I'm so glad I went with this color. They're basically a dark gunmetal gray, which is exactly what I wanted. I loaded more photos in my build thread, here: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/jfanaselles-3rd-gen-build-and-adventure-page.699778/page-3
