P0136 code keeps coming on after replacing the O2 sensor with a bosche, and then warrantied it out for a Denso, I've replaced it 3 times and it stays off for a couple of weeks then starts throwing the code again. I've put a multimeter on them and they ohm out within range, and confirmed the voltage from the truck is within range as well. I can't figure out why it keeps throwing this code, it will rarely throw the P0138 code. Bank 2 sensor 1 O2 sensor keeps causing it and a little direction would be nice. I've attached some data logs if that helps anyone.

Are you sure you changed the correct sensor?
Bank 1 Sensor 2 is the downstream sensor on the passenger side.
An exhaust leak upstream or near the sensor can also cause that code as can an open or shorted wire or skewed upstream AFR sensor.

If you can't find anything you could swap the upstream AFR sensors temporarily and see if the code moves to the other bank, if it does the AFR is bad.

Upstream sensors are always the next step after bashing your head in changing downstream. DM93 is correct.

They send incorrect values and the ecm is too dumb to figure out which is at fault.

I swapped my upstream sensors after warrantying the downstream sensor out yesterday. The permanent code cleared, now just waiting for it to throw on the drivers side. The wire harness length is different for the upstream o2 sensors so it was a tight fit but it worked. Thanks for the help guys, ill keep yall updated
