I taught my best friend how to make Swedish pancakes during summer break when I was teenager. Next thing I knew, he's sittiing in my kitchen going "look, I made us pancakes" befor I ever got up, lol
Jalapeños are good, but not in pancakes I love pepperoncini, I can eat a whole jar in one sitting.

 

They really set a omelet off!

 

this is a pic of ours i took @10 yrs ago. farm had been sold years earlier. kind of a shame if you could see it back in the day 40+yrs ago.when new owner tore it down dad went and cut a section of support beams him a the kids carved their names in bsck in the 40’s

Good morning friends. Dentist first thing this morning, followed by picking up the taxes from the accountant. Later is a visit to Sam Ash music to get my guitar properly set up and a visit with my sister.

Good Morning Everybody I hate the dentist & do my own taxes. I used to be a luthier at Steinberger Sound in Newbugh, NY as a youngling. I can properly set up a guitar in 10-15 minutes. We made quality guitars back then. Now it's a Dunkin Donuts, lol. I plan on making my homemade meatball parmigiana subs this afternoon... Extra ball, as Al Bundy would say! Mmmm! Rain switched over snow. Should stop soon. Dog was rolling on her back in all this slush, dumb ass.
I too will be working today, just 6 hours.

Gas was down to $3.77 last night.

 

I'm waiting for the rain to stop so that the dog and I can get in our daily walk. Our gas has dropped from a high of $4.39/gallon last week, to $4.31/gallon. Not much of a victory. It still costs over $50, easily, when I go get gas and the only reason that it is not more is because I never let it get below a quarter tank full.
