I looked in the backseat and right before my eyes,, there's a distraction. Mitigated.

Just added toolbox and roof-rack to haul my fishing boat 100's of miles into the backwoods every week. Goodrich K02s, Bilstein 5100 front and back, no lift.
Looks good, a nice truck but I hope that puppy is going off road with all those goodies.

I put the Pro skid on my 2016 TRD Off Road (access cab), and it has worked well. My original skid was destroyed, full of holes and deep dents. It did the job, but too risky as it was too thin.

My Pro skid now has a lot of very deep 16" long grooves in it from rocks, but no dents. So it holds up well against dents, but the soft aluminum does mean that sharp rocks will put deep grooves in it.

By the way, your garage is too clean and organized. Spread some dirt around, throw some grease on the walls. :)

Wow! It could possibly be a rodent intrusion issue. I had it happen on my ‘17 AC. I was taking off for work one morning and was about a block away from home when suddenly the traction control off was lit up as well as the CEL. There was a significant loss of power. Limped it back home and had it towed to the dealership. Only had about 10k miles on it. Rodents had chewed up the knock sensor harness. My comprehensive insurance covered it fortunately. They paid for the rental vehicle and the only thing I had to pay for was the deductible. Hope everything turns out well for you. The pics are from the insurance adjuster.

Alright doll-face, c'mon and bore me!
Had the exact same happen to me year before last. Lil' bastages...

The bill was just shy of a kilobuck. Mostly labor for taking half the engine apart. There's a really good write-up of the problem on this site somewhere. Member did the repairs himself, but also estimated the cost for a shop to do it. Got it to within a few dollars.
