We might try going to BMS to the Thunder Valley Nationals in June, but I’ll need to sell a couple of guns first to be able to pay for food. I hate to admit it, but I had to pay $50 for 4 corn dogs and 2 lemonade’s. We stopped at a different vendor and the wait for 2 hot dogs with fries was 30 minutes.

New AAA batteries and it works perfectly, the Yahtzee game I got awhile ago was all gunked up, I had to take it apart and clean the contacts.

Some days I wish I had a dash cam.
I saw a dude riding a Harley Davidson motorbike today -- wearing a leather jacket, no helmet, Crocs & socks... :notsure:

@Slashaar, I missed the post about your wife, hope that she recovers well and you get a honeymoon.

I haven't ventured off the property today. Few things around the house taken care of. Very ready for some warmer weather so I can get back on projects.
The first thing on the list is put new clutch components in that old 4Runner. Then move on to the Corvette. It's nice enough out there right at the moment but cold in the morning.
Need some items from the store or hardware store, namely fertilizer for the yard. That stuff skyrocket in price just like everything else.

I read a couple of articles on the daylight savings time. One in particular said we tried to do away with it before and it only lasted 2 years. I suppose it's different for folks but me personally I prefer it stay just the way it is right now. I could care less if it's dark in the morning, it going to be dark either way when I leave for work at 4:45 AM. Working 10 shifts now at least it would be a short time of daylight or dusk when I got home.

Yes it seems weird to me too. Whenever I rode a motorcycle, I like the idea of my ankles covered with a boot. I haven't any idea why this is but for some strange reason, maybe a fear of skidding down the road and grinding my ankle off. Same with my hands, got to have gloves. Nebraska is a helmet required state. I ride with some before and soon as they cross the line to Iowa they ditch the helmet, not me...I don't want to skin my noggin either.

    Rant of the day…

Whatever little respect I had left for my father in law, I lost it today. His first born grandsons 10th birthday party, he and my mil came, he ran toward the house like he had to poop. He said I’m going to turn your tv on. I said you’ll be back out in a minute. He wanted to watch Carolina play basketball.

He came back out and said he couldn’t find it, we don’t pay for tv so we can’t watch live sports.

He sat in his car and listened to the game missing his grandson open presents and didn’t sing happy birthday to him, over a stupid game.

    End rant.

That's is absolutely incredible. Sure sounds like you're not going to miss anything not inviting him next time.

Kind of like my son's 18th and absolutely nothing from from the in-law clan.

I guess no one will mind if you post to TW during his funeral.

    Sorry he is that way.
